At Frillz and Frolic, each piece is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully checked before it reaches you. We want your experience to feel as beautiful as the piece you choose—easy, smooth, and worry-free.
✨ Easy Returns & Exchanges
If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact
- Items with broken or removed tags will not be eligible for return or exchange
Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or issues from our end.
Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp or email, and we’ll guide you through the process—no stress, no confusion.
💫 Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear images
Once verified, we will ensure a quick resolution with:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund/store credit, whichever works best for you
🌸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable unless the issues is from our end
🚚 Reverse Pickup
- We will assist with reverse pickup wherever possible
- In some cases, you may be requested to ship the product back (we’ll guide you step-by-step)
🕊 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible—but we’ll always try to help where we can
